Paying for a TFS workshop
  • Full payment must be received before workshop commencement.
  • It is your responsibility to attend each workshop. We do not offer 'make up' classes, refund or credit.
  • The minimum age for participants is 16 years.
  • If a workshop is cancelled by us, a full refund will be given.
  • Paypal (Visa and MasterCard) is accepted for all TFS workshops.

​Paying for a TFS product (rulers etc)
  • Paypal (Visa and MasterCard) is accepted for all TFS products.
  • Your item will be shipped within 1 -3 business days after purchase and delivery time will depend on your location. All items are shipped by Australia Post.
  • If multiple items are purchased the postage will be combined and the difference will be refunded.

Shipping within Australia
  • All items are charged at a flat rate with signature required on delivery (items up to 5kg).
  • Australia Post estimates that delivery occurs within 5-6 days of being posted.

International shipping
  • Shipping rates to your country will show during checkout and vary according to your location.
  • All parcels require a signature on delivery.
  • All parcels are enabled for SMS tracking notification.
  • Australia Post estimates that delivery after being posted occurs as follows: to continental USA 5 days; Europe 6 days; and Asia 7 days.

How soon will I receive my order?
  • Delivery time will depend on your location (see above).

What if the item I ordered is not in stock?
  • Occasionally an item may become unavailable or be sold out in which case we will send you an email advising when, and if it will be available.
  • We will do our best to give you an estimated delivery date based on the information we receive from the manufacturer.
  • You may cancel a backorder any time before it is shipped.

What is your return policy?
  • If an item is faulty it must be returned within 7 days of purchase to receive a refund or replacement.
  • Returns are not accepted on items you wish to return due to a change of mind.
  • Postage will be paid by us for items being replaced.

Do you ship overseas?
  • Yes we ship overseas - see our shipping information above.

Is my personal information kept private?
  • Yes your personal information will be kept private. We do not share personal information with any third parties.
  • Your credit card information is also safe because we only accept credit card payments (Visa & Mastercard) via Paypal.
