Welcome to The Fashion School in Canberra's inner south suburb of Yarralumla, now celebrating its 18th year!

​Working from a modern, fully-equipped atelier, I offer private lessons in sewing and small group classes in pattern-making. 
​
Inspired by elegant French and Italian fashion and trained at New York's Fashion Institute of Technology, I love helping students to create gorgeous, perfectly-fitting women's clothes. 

Private tuition

With a focus on fit, I work with beginners starting their sewing journey as well as more advanced students who want to improve their skills and learn more specialised techniques. All classes are for students 16 years and older. For further information contact me by email here.

Custom bodice pattern service

I also offer a custom fitting bodice pattern service. Once you have a basic pattern made to your measurements, you can use this pattern to design and alter commercial patterns.
